📋 Description

• Lead strategic actuarial direction across pricing, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Develop actuarial processes, assumptions, accruals, and analyses for planning.
• Guide models for bid pricing, financial projections, and contract modeling.
• Engage regulators with actuarial expertise and rate filings.
• Partner with leadership on new business opportunities and complex requests.
• Mentor actuaries; promote professional excellence and SOP adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Econ, or related field.
• ASA required; FSA preferred.
• ~8 years actuarial experience; 3+ years management preferred.
• Healthcare/managed care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong actuarial methodologies, pricing, forecasting, modeling, analysis.
• Proficiency SQL, SAS, R, Access; advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
