📋 Description

• Help customers adopt and use quantum computing platforms from onboarding to advanced workloads.
• Troubleshoot incidents, provide technical guidance, and educate users.
• Translate complex concepts across physics, CS, and business for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and customer-facing teams to improve products.
• Lead onboarding sessions and develop customer enablement materials.
• Engage in customer-facing events to grow the quantum computing ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• MS in Physics/CS or related field, or equivalent hands-on background.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience in user support, developer relations, solutions engineering, or enablement.
• Hands-on Python and Jupyter/Colab experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving with customer-centric mindset.
