🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years ITSM/ESM/ITOM/ITAM experience; strong pre-sales background
• Ability to read complex situations, negotiate, and handle objections
• 5+ years working with functional/organizational leaders
• Proficient in architecture diagrams, process maps, data flows, and design docs
• Experience with REST API integrations and custom apps; JS/NodeJS preferred
• Strong communication and training skills for customer-facing roles
