Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale distributed backend systems for Nexthink Assist
• Own backend components end to end and guide cross-team decisions
• Architect real-time, low-latency APIs for AI-driven systems
• Develop cloud-native services in Java, ensuring reliability and performance
• Work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/ECS for deployments
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver production-ready systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional backend engineering experience
• Proficient in modern Java (17+)
• Experience designing and scaling backend systems for high-throughput or millions of users
• Cloud-native architectures (AWS or similar), Docker, Kubernetes/ECS
• Distributed data systems (Redis, Apache Kafka)
• Exposure to LLM integration (prompting, observability)
