📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team.
• Complete basic apartment turns for move-in readiness.
• Perform repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team, systems, season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours calls.
• Comfortable with physical activity; move heavy equipment.
• Read, write, speak English.
