📋 Description

• Support the global Sales Operations team in day-to-day ops
• Handle inquiries and run discovery sessions to define solutions
• Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure proper tool usage
• Explore AI use cases for Wellpass Sales and contribute to development
• Collaborate across Revenue Operations and Sales teams to optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in Sales Operations or similar, plus technical or business degree
• Strong communication in German and English
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
• Digital affinity with tools like Notion, Google Suite, Google Sheets, MS Office
• Analytical with data management and KPI awareness
• Organizational talent with ability to manage multiple projects
