Senior Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across the stack — React and TypeScript on the front
• Own meaningful product areas, taking responsibility for design, implementation, performance, and
• Make pragmatic data modeling, API design, and infrastructure decisions on GCP as the company scales
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical/operations teams to turn healthcare workflows into
• Raise the technical bar through code reviews, design feedback, and engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and sponsor growth; build and integrate AI-powered features into production

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production web apps
• Strong React and TypeScript on front end; Ruby on Rails on back end
• Relational databases and cloud experience (GCP or AWS)
• Track record of owning features end-to-end with architectural trade-offs
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features in production apps
