📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud: Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console
• Develop Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, SOSL; build async processing with Batch Apex, Queueable, Future.
• Integrate Salesforce with external apps via REST, SOAP, Platform Events; use Boomi/Informatica.
• Apply integration patterns and event-driven architecture for reliable integrations.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, optimize performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years Salesforce development; 3+ years Service Cloud implementation.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce programs; Service Cloud, Email-to-Case, Omnichannel
• Strong Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, LWC, Flows; custom objects, rules, automation, security.
• Hands-on REST, SOAP, Platform Events; Boomi/Informatica; integration patterns.
• Understanding deployment, release management; Agile/Scrum; DevOps/CI-CD is a plus.
