📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, narrative and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs, adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, decisions, actions and follow-up.
• Support AI learning pathways to build confidence and adoption.
• Plan and deliver major AI-focused corporate events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead/Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Strong governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decision management.
• Experience designing or supporting learning and employee adoption programs.
