Senior Manager, Endpoint Protections

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a globally distributed engineering team across endpoint internals, prevention, and ML
• Own the roadmap for visibility, protection engines, and platform parity across Windows, macOS, and
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and land high-quality features on release
• Drive machine learning direction, data quality, and telemetry features across Elastic Security
• Represent the team externally at conferences and with customers/partners

🎯 Requirements

• People leadership of senior technical ICs on a distributed team
• Hands-on security practitioner with experience analyzing attacker TTPs and shipping protections at
• Deep OS internals knowledge (Windows preferred; macOS/Linux also valuable)
• Hands-on reverse engineering and malware analysis experience
• Adversarial mindset for resilient protection design
• Clear communication for technical and executive audiences
