Senior Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts including commercial agreements for placement of Intuitive’s
• Ensure compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Legal, Sales, Services and Finance teams to provide quality
• Develop and maintain contract databases and generate reports on status and revenue
• Lead business process and contract template development initiatives
• Analyze business needs and recommend solutions using system standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor
• 3-5 years in drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships
• Knowledge of standard legal terms, data security and/or data privacy regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including legal drafting
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently
• Interest in business and commercial roles; able to support Sales frontline
