Front-End Designer & Developer

📋 Description

• Designs and builds responsive templates, components, and pages in WordPress/Elementor
• Translates ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and production layouts
• Maintains reusable blocks and templates in Elementor for on-brand pages
• Ensures WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility across pages
• Owns front-end contrib to Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS)
• Maintains cross-browser/device compatibility and QA before publish

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing/building websites with portfolio
• Bachelor’s in design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Video/editing plus for jobsite/content a plus
• Photography/videography for content a plus
• Experience marketing to field-based B2B audiences a plus
• Strong HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript; WordPress/elementor proficiency
