• Build, mentor, and coach a diverse team delivering foundational infra services for Adyen's core
• Streamline engineering operations and refine product requirements with product and engineers.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and teams to deploy networking infrastructure globally.
• Design, implement, and optimize Adyen networking infrastructure.
• Deploy, scale, and automate a network spanning the globe.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimizing global network infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing IT teams and products.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, EVPN, IS-IS, MPLS, Segment Routing, and firewalling.
• Strong knowledge of Linux networking stack.
• Proven experience coaching, leading, and mentoring engineering talent.
• Ability to lead technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
