Modernization Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead technical narrative in Oracle migrations and AI adoption within Oracle Cloud ERP contexts.
• Architect Celonis-driven migration blueprints to de-risk and accelerate Oracle Fusion migrations.
• Industrialize Enterprise AI by productizing joint use cases with Oracle AI Agents and OCI contexts.
• Collaborate with Oracle and Celonis teams to build repeatable solution plays for Cloud adoption.
• Engage Oracle NAM GTM orgs to enable Celonis across partnerships and customer deals.
• Own strategic pursuits and demonstrate Process Intelligence as a prerequisite for Fusion migrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Oracle technology ecosystem (EBS, Fusion, Peoplesoft, JDE) and Oracle Fusion SaaS/OCI
• Understanding of AI: AI Agents, Generative AI, and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate market trends into high-value solution blueprints and business outcomes.
• Background in technical pre-sales or solution engineering is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale ERP or business transformations is a plus.
