Facilities Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain building systems and support manufacturing/office operations at the San Jose facility
• Coordinate with contractors and support safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotation for facility emergencies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in facilities maintenance or related technical field
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, utilities
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, and safety regulations
• Experience with CMMS (UpKeep, IBM Maximo, 360Facility) and PM programs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to climb ladders
