📋 Description

• Design and maintain a federated business analyst enablement curriculum and certify capabilities.
• Integrate standards, templates, governance gates, and enablement resources into platforms used by
• Build dashboards covering enterprise success metrics, including leading indicators and data quality.
• Measure standards adoption via artifacts, requirements quality, readiness, and traceability.
• Analyze portfolio trends and communicate adoption progress and where interventions are needed.
• Apply AI, LLM, agentic, and automation to enablement and analytics activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, IT, healthcare management, data
• 8+ years in analytics, enablement, requirements management, or related areas; healthcare/regulatory
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, NEXUS, AI platforms, or similar tools.
• Advanced Power BI skills, KPI development, dashboards, data quality, and performance measurement.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools, automation, and analytics to improve workflows and tool adoption.
• Ability to create dashboards influencing portfolio or executive decisions.
