• Guide customers through architecture, adoption, and implementation of distributed apps and
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and sales during pre-sales and commercial process.
• Translate customer objectives into architectural visions, strategies, and use cases.
• Design solutions for data-driven business outcomes across industries.
• Collaborate with product teams; advocate for customer needs and requirements.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and community activities for developers and technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, cloud architecture, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native.
• Experience with REST APIs and messaging (Kafka, MQ or similar).
• Proficiency in Java and collaborating with software teams.
• Business process understanding across industries/geographies.
• Strong problem-solving and clear, customer-facing communication.
