Director of Product Development

📋 Description

• Lead the complete product development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and portfolio
• Translate mission requirements into prioritized product plans, technical requirements, and roadmap
• Lead an organization of ~30 personnel, including managers, with accountability for performance and
• Establish priorities, rhythms, and expectations to enable rapid, mission-driven execution.
• Provide senior technical leadership across secure communications and networking architectures
• Ensure alignment with NSA CSfC, RMF, ATO, STIG, CCI, NIAP and related frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or related; masters
• 12+ years in secure communications, tactical networking, cybersecurity, or defense-oriented product
• Proven product leadership delivering complex initiatives in secure, regulated environments.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and developing high-performing managers.
• Strong knowledge of NSA CSfC, NIAP, RMF, ATO.
• Deep understanding of IPsec, firewall architecture, secure networking, enclave segregation, and
