Senior Flight Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop test plans and THAs for flight tests
• Coordinate with engineers, pilots, and ops teams
• Lead test briefings/debriefings and safety reviews
• Direct flight test ops aboard airship or from telemetry room
• Perform post-flight data analysis and report results
• Contribute to AFM and operational docs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experimental flight test experience
• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering
• FAA Class 3 medical or better
• Familiar with aircraft systems and operations
• Test planning, THAs, and procedures drafting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
