Senior Python Engineer, Document App (Content Engineering Team)

📋 Description

• Senior Python Engineer for Content engineering, working on real-time collaborative editing
• Own backend for content model, editor, data persistence and doc collaboration at scale
• Ship features end-to-end, from architecture to production monitoring
• Contribute to AI-powered capabilities and agentic document workflows
• Work on a distributed fleet of Python microservices with high concurrency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development in production
• Strong SQL experience: schema design, migrations, optimization
• Hands-on with messaging/event-driven systems (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ or similar)
• Deep AsyncIO and distributed systems understanding
• Experience with microservices at scale and observability
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS
