📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow Platform AI core—Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Agent Fabric/Action Fabric.
• Oversee AI governance, discovery, observability across AI platforms and external AI services.
• Drive enterprise LLM strategy, model orchestration, fine-tuning, and MLOps pipelines.
• Architect advanced AI infrastructure with GPU/TPU, confidential computing, and data residency
• Define enterprise AI engineering standards and reusable platform patterns.
• Own the AI-ready data foundation and data quality standards for models and agents.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience owning ServiceNow Platform AI and non-platform AI ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP
• Proven expertise in enterprise AI infrastructure, LLM integration, orchestration, and multi-agent
• Strong track record in AI security, observability, identity/access controls, and runtime monitoring.
• Extensive leadership of globally distributed teams of engineers and data scientists; management of
• Hands-on experience with GPU/TPU platforms, cloud-native/hybrid architectures, Kubernetes, IaC, and
• Executive presence to influence C-suite on AI investments and build-vs-buy decisions.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $251,100 - $385,000 plus equity where applicable.
