📋 Description
- A Shift Supervisor leads in hospitality, upholding Blue Bottle standards
- Drive continuous improvement in cafe operations and safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Oversee service flow and beverage/food preparation quality
- Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- Lead onboarding and training of new team members
- Foster a culture of learning and sustainable practices
🎯 Requirements
- Supervisory or team leadership experience (6 months–1 year)
- Barista training completion or within 90 days of hire
- Food safety certification for state and role, or plan to obtain within 30 days
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
