Senior Manager, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the full delivery lifecycle
• Oversee integration delivery using Celigo iPaaS and AI-enabled patterns
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to align delivery with business goals
• Drive delivery excellence, governance, and scalable patterns across engagements
• Act as escalation point for technical blockers and coach for complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong people leadership with ability to hire, mentor, and retain tech professionals
• Deep expertise in iPaaS, API integrations, data transformation (JSON/XML/CSV/EDI)
• Experience with ERP/integration platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for integration scripting
• Experience with AI-enabled integration patterns and MCP/agentic services
• Excellent communication with clients and cross-functional teams
