📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex onboarding and implementation packages from kickoff to handover.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues and
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers design and implement Cortex setups.
- Collaborate with engineers, platform teams, PMs, leadership, and CTOs to align on solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services, Technical Consulting
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers
- Comfort with JSON and YAML; Python, SQL, and scripting a plus.
