📋 Description

• Develop GenAI solutions using Databricks AI research
• Own production rollouts of GenAI apps
• Advise customers as trusted tech expert
• Present at Data + AI Summit
• Collaborate with product/engineering to shape roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• GenAI apps: RAG, multi-agent, Text2SQL, fine-tuning; HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy
• Production-grade GenAI deployments; eval and optimizations
• Hands-on data science: pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch
• Prod ML deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communicator to technical/non-technical audiences
