📋 Description
- Lead MLR review quality across Europe for Falcon MLR AI product
- Collaborate with engineering and product to monitor regulatory alignment
- Turn customer inputs into product improvements via reviewer-feedback loop
- Diagnose and fix issues from agent traces; build scalable processes
- Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
- Own quality benchmarks in cross-functional context
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma/biotech or agency
- Knowledge of European codes (EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM)
- Ability to learn dense regulatory content quickly with demonstrable results
- Experience embedding AI into daily work; automation done before
- Hands-on Vault PromoMats exposure (reviews, annotations, claims libraries)
- EU residency; living in the EU
