• Lead end-to-end compute build-out strategy in Canada across site selection, construction, and
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (leasing, financing, energy, policy, government relations
• Represent Anthropic with government and industry stakeholders in Canada.
• Drive alignment and unblock issues across parallel workstreams as compute footprint scales.
• Translate global compute priorities to Canada-specific regulatory and market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Canadian national with established links into government and energy industry preferred.
• Structured thinker with ability to learn new domains quickly and go deep fast.
• Excellent communicator with senior government, utility, and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, capable of owning multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solving in undefined situations.
