Stress Testing

📋 Description

• Oversee UK STDF Actuals and Stress Testing outputs; ensure end-to-end process integrity and smooth
• Own risk and control management; design and uplift controls (incl. EUCs, calculators and models)
• Run UK governance and stakeholder management; represent HBUK at Integrity in Regulatory Reporting
• Prepare 2027 BCST readiness; documentation, runbooks, controls evidence.
• Coordinate approvals from executives; facilitate STDF actuals sign-off and timely review of HBUK
• Drive continuous improvement; identify emerging risks and streamline activities; leverage

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK STDF and stress testing frameworks; familiarity with bank components
• Experience with control frameworks and control effectiveness testing; ability to manage risk and
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; clear, precise English communication.
• Focus on continuous process development and using automation to enhance controls and insights.
• Ability to articulate ideas verbally and in writing; robust documentation and governance artefacts.
