🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Change Lead/Manager or transformation lead
• Strong change, digital/AI adoption programmes
• Ability to craft change strategies and comms campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Governance experience: risk, issues, dependencies, decisions
• Experience designing learning and adoption programmes
