📋 Description

• Create short motion content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) aimed at millions of views
• Build an animation system that becomes a core part of RiseGuide's visual language
• Collaborate with Social Media team to optimize visual storytelling
• Adapt graphic assets and experiment with new presentation formats

🎯 Requirements

• Motion Graphics experience for social media (short-form aesthetics)
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects; experience with Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows
• Understanding of short-form storytelling structure: Hook, Retention, Conflict, CTA
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level for English content
• Strong ownership, independent decision-making, and defend your position
