📋 Description

• Develop, integrate, and maintain BMC Helix solutions for clients.
• Integrate BMC Helix with Intune, SCCM, XSOAR and monitoring tools.
• Ensure CMDB health and sync with BMC Discovery data.
• Customize modules, workflows, and UX to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot BMC Helix apps.
• CreateTechnical docs, design specs, tests, and user guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience 5-8 years; BMC experience 3-5 years.
• Strong background in IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL.
• Hands-on with BMC Helix applications and ITSM modules (Incident/Problem/Asset/SLM).
• Experience with CMDB, SRM, Digital Workplace Catalog, and related tools.
• Ability to design, develop, and integrate BMC Helix solutions; strong collaboration skills.
• Documentation and training experience; ability to work with project stakeholders.
