📋 Description

• Design and build backend systems that power AI-native financial workflows across ChatGPT Work and
• Ingest, index, retrieve, and serve financial data, filings, market info, and firm knowledge at
• Develop integrations with financial data providers and enterprise systems with secure
• Build systems enabling models/agents to use tools/data with provenance and verifiable outputs.
• Improve reliability, latency, observability, and production quality; evaluate on real financial
• Collaborate with financial institutions to unblock deployments and iterate on product feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building/operating production backend
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript; strong APIs and distributed systems foundation.
• Experience with data-intensive apps, search/retrieval, or complex integrations.
• Strong product sense; able to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Comfort working across stack/organizational boundaries to ship products.
• High bar for reliability, security, privacy, and performance in enterprise settings.
