• Train, orchestrate, and improve multi-cluster training systems.
• Design large-scale data pipelines for batch/streaming ingestion.
• Build agentic-first ML workflows from data to evaluation.
• Own reliability for training and release pipelines; monitor and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE or related field; 1+ years experience.
• Strong Python; comfortable with C++, Go or similar.
• Hands-on production infra on Kubernetes.
• Distributed-systems fundamentals; performance and reliability focus.
