📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of 5-8 AI engineers.
• Drive end-to-end conversational AI features in production.
• Oversee agentic AI systems for data analysis and planning.
• Own the delivery roadmap with product management.
• Establish best practices for AI development and testing.
• Lead sprint planning and design reviews for quality delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Software leadership with hands-on AI in production.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, conversational AI.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous architectures.
• Proficiency in Python; modern software practices (testing, CI/CD).
• Strong project management with Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
