📋 Description
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
- Own plan for non-human and AI agent identities, modeling service accounts, workloads, secrets, and
- Collaborate with threat researchers and detection engineers on identity-specific threats.
- Drive response and containment strategy, turning detections into action with identity integrations.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand identity attack requirements and product needs.
- Develop investigator experiences integrating identity signals with SIEM/XDR data.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM/XDR/EDR/identity
- Deep identity security knowledge: AD, cloud identity, SSO, OAuth, privileged access.
- Fluent in non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
- AI/ML fluency: behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems.
- Bias to action with ability to iterate quickly using AI tools.
- Strong leadership across a matrixed org, remote-first, with autonomous judgment.
