Assistant Chemist (Maritime Service)

📋 Description

• Determine the confidentiality, integrity, quality, health and safety aspects of the company.
• Assist the Lab Manager / Senior Chemist in all aspects of work in the respective section.
• Carry out testing on all aspects of work and calibration of equipment in the respective section
• Assist in or perform reagent preparation and standardization of standard solutions.
• Perform result entry, QC checks, inventory maintenance, basic equipment calibration &
• Maintain all equipment and testing records in the respective section.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Science or equivalent
• Interacts with operational personnel, scientific personnel, and department management.
• May work with potentially hazardous materials.
• Overtime and weekend work as required.
• Work requires PPE usage.
• Entry level are welcome.
