🎯 Requirements
- Progressive employee relations experience.
- Knowledge of US employment law (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC).
- Experience in distributed/global organizations.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong written/verbal communication for reports.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
