📋 Description
- Ensure safe, efficient plant operations and optimal layouts
- Balance production lines and improve process flows
- Define cycle times and headcount to meet demand
- Lead cross-functional IE studies and standard work procedures
- Support launches/new projects with IE deliverables
🎯 Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 3+ years in industrial engineering; 5+ preferred
- 1+ year in project management (desirable)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel (10%+)
🎁 Benefits
- Annual base salary: $95,000 - $115,000
