📋 Description

• Senior ERP Analyst focused on SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Design, implement, and support OTC solutions: order management, fulfillment, billing, and
• Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams to gather requirements and define
• Configure SAP OTC modules and translate requirements into functional specs; support testing and
• Manage SAP integration with external ordering, e-commerce, CRM or trading partners; monitor
• Provide post go-live support, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvements leveraging SAP best

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6–8 years in SAP OTC/SD functional roles; recent SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in full-life-cycle SAP implementations and sustainment support.
• Proven ability to design and support integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) between SAP and
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge: order types, pricing, availability, deliveries, billing
• Strong data integration concepts and middleware experience (IDoc types, interface design
