📋 Description

• Translate advanced road and soil stabilization solutions into practical construction methodologies.
• Develop pavement and layer design, compaction, curing processes and implementation requirements.
• Evaluate non-traditional solutions against conventional approaches.
• Define lab/field testing to assess material performance and durability.
• Establish QA/QC procedures and performance criteria for pilot projects.
• Support pilot sections, field trials and demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in road construction, pavement engineering or soil stabilization.
• Practical knowledge of road construction methodologies, pavement systems and material performance.
• Experience with unpaved/low-volume roads, desert/arid soils.
• Familiarity with AASHTO, ASTM, BS and EN standards.
• Experience designing/managing lab and field testing programs and QA/QC.
