📋 Description
- Lead day-to-day delivery of a major digital transformation program
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across BIM, digital engineering, PMIS, analytics, and tech
- Facilitate client meetings, reviews, training, and executive updates
- Identify risks, monitor performance, and align with objectives
- Drive AI opportunities to improve delivery, reporting, and knowledge sharing
- Integrate AI capabilities into digital workflows and construction processes
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering/Construction; master’s preferred
- 15+ years in digital transformation or delivery programs
- Experience with construction tech and project delivery with owners/consultants/contractors
- Strong PM capabilities: scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources
- Knowledge of BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, PMIS, CDEs, digital twins
- Experience with Kahua, Procore, Trimble Unity Construct/e-Builder, PMWeb or similar
