🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, 5+ in leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills
• Proven track record in procurement transformations
• Excellent vendor management and risk mitigation abilities
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and procurement policies
• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering; MBA preferred
