📋 Description

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase agility and competitiveness.
• Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and coordinate projects.
• Conduct tests and experiments using DOE, statistical analysis and digital tools.
• Prepare technical documentation for regulatory changes and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies; participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and AbbVie’s external network to execute projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or 80% completion with 1+ year
• At least 1 year in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Intermediate English (B1 CEFR).
• Excellence in execution, accountability, analytical problem solving, adaptability.
