🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience at Staff/Principal scope.
• Experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems across architecture
• History of increasing scope and impact beyond your own code or team.
• Urge to create momentum and move important work forward proactively in a remote environment.
• Strong self-direction, ownership, and clear communication in a distributed setting.
