Materials Analyst, TEM

📋 Description

• Operate and analyze materials using TEM and STEM imaging
• Obtain STEM/EDX and STEM/EELS spectra, line scans and maps
• Organize data, prepare and deliver summary reports to customers
• Partner with customers and team to optimize experiments and explain results
• Develop TEM analysis protocols for new sample types
• Production-focused role supporting advanced materials and semiconductor analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related field or equivalent
• Excellent operation and theory understanding of Transmission Electron Microscope
• Experience with TEM sample preparation and hard materials characterization
• Solid understanding of electron microscopy, semiconductor device physics and failure analysis
