Compute Country Lead, Korea

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategy and coordination for Anthropic's compute build-out in Korea, from site
• Lead cross-functional team in-country, coordinating leasing, energy, policy, finance, government
• Represent Anthropic externally with government and industry counterparts in Korea.
• Build and maintain relationships with Korean government and energy industry to support site, power
• Track progress and surface risks as compute footprint scales to multiple gigawatts.
• Translate Anthropic’s global compute priorities to Korea-specific regulatory and market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Korean national with established links into government and energy industry strongly preferred.
• Structured thinker with ability to learn new domains quickly and go deep fast.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable representing Anthropic to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Hyper-organized and detail-oriented; able to own multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a problem-solver who builds structure in undefined situations.
