📋 Description
- Own the Salesforce architecture for the ad-sales lifecycle, from lead sourcing through OMS
- Identify problems and opportunities across the Ads sales tech stack and translate into initiatives.
- Lead requirements with cross-functional partners and translate into designs.
- Own integrations connecting Salesforce to the ad-sales ecosystem via middleware
- Drive AI best practices across the Sales Technology team, ensuring quality, security, and
- Guide the Ads CRM platform evolution and own the Ad Sales Technology roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Salesforce-focused business systems/engineering/analyst roles; 3+ years leading
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce admin/config; at least one active Salesforce certification.
- 3+ years building custom Salesforce solutions with Apex and Lightning.
- Delivered 3+ integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/platform
- 2+ years guiding a team of engineers/analysts and leading end-to-end CRM or commercial-systems
