🎯 Requirements

• PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in life sciences; 12+ years biotech/pharma experience.
• Proven track record leading complex discovery-to-development programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to synthesize biology, translational science, and portfolio strategy.
• Experience in cardio-renal-metabolic targets; familiarity with PK/PD and biomarkers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous environments; track record in governance and decision-making.
