📋 Description
- Lead architecture, development, and delivery of Generative AI/Agentic AI on Azure.
- Define technical direction, standards, and mentor senior engineers.
- Collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering leadership to prioritize AI opportunities.
- Oversee transition from PoC to production-grade AI systems.
- Communicate complex AI tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI / agentic workflows.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and knowledge graphs.
- Expertise in chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and vector search.
- Experience designing AI agents, skills, tools, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
