House Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs
• Partner with families, case managers, and stakeholders
• Manage household and individual budgets
• On-site orientation and training for new staff
• Lead coaching and development of all employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years managerial/supervisory experience
• 1 year direct experience with individuals with DD/IDD
• Mental health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication
